Not the tea dust. Real tea.

What's actually in most tea bags, and why we don't do it.

Most everyday tea is made from fannings and dust: the smallest broken particles left over from processing. They brew fast and dark, but they lose aroma quickly and taste flat.

Whole leaves unfurl slowly, release flavour in layers, and can be steeped more than once. You can see the difference in the cup, and you can definitely taste it.

That's the whole idea behind Sanitea: take tea back to its roots, where the leaves matter and the aroma speaks.
