Shipping Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat ₹79 applies below that. Cash on delivery carries a ₹49 handling fee.

Returns Because tea is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened packs. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. COD refunds are made by bank transfer/UPI.
